Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement applies to the purchase and use of Harris
InfoSource online products and services. An authorized user must comply with
the terms and conditions detailed in the LICENSE AGREEMENT as well as those
outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement.
Harris InfoSource reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service
at any time. Any violation of the Terms of Service by the user could result
in suspension or termination of the user's account.
Warranties & Liability
Harris InfoSource provides no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the DATA,
the ability of the DATA or the SERVICES software to meet the LICENSEE'S or the USER'S
requirements, or that the operation of the SERVICE will be uninterrupted or error free.
Harris InfoSource is not liable to the user for any decisions or actions taken as a
result of reliance on DATA/INFORMATION, or for any lost profits or similar damages as
a result of such decisions by the user. The liability of Harris InfoSource, if any,
arising out of any legal claim in any way connected with the use of the SERVICE or the
DATA/INFORMATION in the SERVICE shall not exceed the amount the user paid Harris
InfoSource for use of the DATA/INFORMATION and SERVICE.
Harris InfoSource reserves the right to make changes to the websites or service, including
the user's ability to access the sites, at any time, and is not liable for any delays,
inaccuracies or omissions that may occur as the result of any downtime involved with such changes.
Passwords and Security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any, and all, password(s)
utilized to access Harris InfoSource websites. The user is fully responsible for all
activities that occur under created/assigned password(s). The user agrees to contact
Harris InfoSource immediately regarding any unauthorized use of password(s). (More information
about security can be reviewed under 'Privacy Statement'.)
Links to Third Party Sites
Harris InfoSource may provide links to third party sites. Harris InfoSource does not
control the linked sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site,
any links contained within a linked site, or any changes or updates to linked sites.
Harris InfoSource is providing these links to the user only as a convenience, and the
inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Harris InfoSource of the site. If
the user decides to leave our website and access these third party sites, the user does
so at their own risk.
Subscription Payment Terms
Subscription payments are automatically billed to the user's registered credit card
on a recurring monthly basis corresponding to the user's subscription registration date.
If the credit card on file becomes invalid, the user will have 10 days to update information.
If, after 10 days, no new credit card information is entered, the subscription will be canceled.
