What information is included the Harris database?
Our database of location-specific company profiles combines Harris manufacturing data with D&B®'s information on firms in all other industries. Together, this database offers our customers complete coverage of all U.S. and Canadian firms - and data from businesses in over 200 countries worldwide.

How do you check the accuracy of the information in your database?
The foundation of the entire database is D&B's DUNSRight™ quality assurance process, which features over 2,000 automated and manual checks resulting in industry-leading mail deliverability and phone connectivity rates.

Harris' special commitment to premium manufacturing data is also supported by relationships with numerous state and regional chambers of commerce and business associations. It's the only database published in cooperation with the National Association of Manufacturers.

What information is included in a company profile?
Each company profile contains over 30 fields of information including contact details, D-U-N-S numbers, web addresses, proprietary 8-digit SIC codes, executive biographies and more.

How often is your business information updated?
Every day we make 1.5 million updates to our global database. These changes and/or new information is updated in Selectory® and Company Reach™ each month.

How do I update my company listing?
To update your company listing, download and complete our company listing form.
Can I use Harris data to conduct broadcast faxes?
It is a violation of both federal and state law to transmit an unsolicited advertisement to a fax machine. Anyone violating such laws may be subject to civil and criminal penalties which may exceed $500 for each transmission of an unsolicited fax. Harris provides business information for lawful purposes and expressly forbids the use of its business information in any unlawful manner.

My credit card has expired. How do I change my credit card information?
To change or update your credit card information, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-748-5482.

How can I be removed from your mailing list?
Send us an email with your complete name and address information at customerservice@harrisinfo.com.

What is your upgrade policy?
You may upgrade Harris products within 90 days of purchase and apply the full original purchase price toward the upgrade, subject to the following conditions:
  • For state products, the upgrade must be the same edition year as the original purchase.
  • Product upgrades must encompass the original product slice. Valid upgrade examples include: Upgrading from an Ohio Manufacturers 20+ Selectory to an Ohio All-Businesses 20+ Selectory and moving from a California 1+ to a West Region 1+. The customer may be required to return the original product.

Does Harris have a return policy?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, return it to Harris InfoSource, Attn: Returns, within 30 days for a full refund (product must be in new condition).

To be eligible for return credit, you may not have printed or exported (downloaded) more than 100 records, and must return the product within 30 days of receipt.
